COVID-19 Information

If you think you have been exposed to COVID‑19 and develop a fever or symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, and/or loss of taste or smell, please call your healthcare provider for medical advice.* Avoid coming into the office. We are able to advise you via phone or email if you need additional information.

We are OPEN for those with all other medical concerns, including anxiety, during this challenging time.

We have strict COVID-19 protocols in place including social distancing, face masks, hand sanitizing, and disinfecting. We clean and disinfect our office and treatment space prior to and after each patient.

We offer a TeleHealth option for those who would prefer a remote consultation. Please contact us for more information.

Best Practices for a Medical Facility:

  • Health care providers are required to wear face masks
  • We will provide a hand sanitizing station outside of our clinic entryway
  • We will take each patient's temperature before she or he enters the treatment space
  • We will increase the time between each appointment to allow for thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilation of our office and treatment space
  • We will maintain social distancing requirements of 6 feet or more except while performing clinical services

Best Practices for Patients:

  • Patients are required to wear a mask while in the clinic space - cloth masks are fine
  • Do not come in if you are sick
  • Unless you need assistance, only one person at a time is allowed during your appointment time
  • Please sanitize hands at our sanitizing station before you enter and after you leave the clinic
  • Please arrive at the time of your appointment (not before) so as to minimize any patient to patient interaction and to allow us to properly clean and disinfect the clinic
  • If you need to use a pen, please bring one with you. We will have limited single use pens available if necessary.

Changes to Services while under Safer at Home orders:

  • Treatments will consist of mainly acupuncture
  • No CranioSacral Therapy will be offered during this time - we will revisit this as soon as we are able
  • Minimal Tui Na (bodywork) may be included
  • Cupping will continue to be offered
  • Group classes will continue to be suspended
  • Private Qi Gong and Tai Chi lessons are offered in our space (we have plenty of space to adhere to social distancing requirements) or via TeleHealth
  • We are now offering TeleHealth consults if you would rather work together remotely during this time
  • All new patient sessions are required to have a phone or TeleHealth consult prior to the initial appointment
