Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese Herbal Medicine is a system of medicine that has been empirically honed over thousands of years by observation and clinical trial and error.
The first authoritative text included 365 herbs and was complied by multiple authors during the second century, AD. Many indications for the herbs listed in this text are still in use today.
Chinese Herbal Medicine is highly effective in the treatment of many different health concerns as well as for the prevention of illness.
At Cloud Gate, Chinese Herbal Medicie is prescribed either after an herbal consultation or given in conjunction with a treatment to enhance and prolong the effects of the treatment.
Cloud Gate uses different approaches to administering Chinese Herbal Medicine.
Depending on the condition and request of the patient, we can prescribe capsules, granules, bulk (or loose) herbal formulas, and different types of external medicine including poltices, oils, and herbal soaks.

- Bruises, including bone bruises

- Bunions
- Plantar fasciitis
- Arthritis
